Refund Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable by Default
Storely subscription fees — for your plan, billing cycle, or any add-on — are non-refundable once a billing period has started. This applies whether you paid by card, mobile wallet, or bank transfer, and whether payment was verified automatically or manually.
2. When a Refund Does Apply
We'll issue a refund in these specific cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were billed twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Incorrect amount: you were charged a different amount than the plan you selected.
- Failed activation: payment was confirmed but your subscription or plan upgrade never actually activated, and our team couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.
Outside of these cases — including simply deciding not to continue, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with the platform after using it — payments are not refunded. This is the same policy that applies across virtually every subscription software product, and it's why we offer a free trial before you pay anything.
3. Free Trial
New stores get a free trial period before any payment is required — see current trial length on our Pricing page. You can cancel any time during the trial with nothing charged. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, this Refund Policy applies.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If your case qualifies under Section 2, contact us with your store name and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, back to the original payment method where possible; for mobile wallet payments where a direct reversal isn't possible, we'll arrange an equivalent transfer.
5. Auto-Renewal Charges
If you've enabled auto-renewal, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. A successful auto-renewal charge is treated the same as any other subscription payment under Section 1 — cancel before the renewal date if you don't want to be charged.
6. Third-Party Payment Gateways
If you paid via a third-party gateway (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or another integrated provider), that provider's own transaction fees and processing terms may apply separately from this policy.
7. This Policy Covers Storely's Own Fees Only
This Refund Policy is about what you pay Storely for your subscription. It does not cover refunds between a merchant and their own customers — that's governed by each merchant's own store policies, as described in our Terms of Service.
